Raiders advance to district championship
Raider girls soccer advanced to the district championship in emphatic fashion, riding a sensational four-goal performance from senior Stella Colombo ’26. Colombo set the tone early, opening the scoring with a brilliant strike from just outside the 18-yard box, and the Raiders never looked back. Sophomores Andy Lamar '28 and Reese Almazan '28, along with 8th grader Evie Clement, each contributed an assist in a balanced team effort. Freshman goalkeeper Marina Molina '29 anchored the defense and earned the shutout, preserving the dominant win. With the victory, the Raiders punch their ticket to the district final, where they will look to claim a third straight district title when they travel to face top-seeded True North on Tuesday night at 5:00 PM.
