Raiders dominate defending state champions in 17-6 route

After falling behind 1–0 to reigning State Champion Westminster Academy in rainy conditions, the Raiders quickly took control of the game. They closed out the first quarter with a 3–1 lead and never looked back, finishing with a commanding 17–6 victory. It was another incredible team effort led by junior Aston Gould '27, who tallied five goals and four assists. Senior Jack Merrick ’26 contributed four goals and three steals, while Oliver Friedland ’26 added two goals, two assists, and drew four ejections. Defensively, junior Leo Church-Schulman ’27 anchored the squad with 10 blocks, leading the effort alongside senior defenders Jay Holly ’26 and Luke Jaffee ’26. The Raiders improve to 6–0 and will travel to Orlando for the Ian Supra Memorial Tournament on February 27–28.
