RE winter-sport athletes win all-county recognition

Ransom Everglades soccer players Stella Colombo ’26, Johanna James ’26 and Andy Lamar ’28 earned first-team all-county honors in the Miami Herald’s 2026 winter sports recognition, leading a group of 18 Raiders selected across the first, second, third and honorable mention teams. The annual list highlights the top high school performers in Miami-Dade and Broward counties for the winter competitive season.

In girls' soccer, Colombo received first-team recognition after recording 31 goals and 17 assists during her senior season. She was joined on the first team by fellow forward James, who finished the year with 10 goals and 12 assists, and Lamar, who was recognized for her defensive performance and two assists.
 
RE's soccer programs also secured two second-team selections with Avery Almazan ’26 and Olivia Geller ’26. In basketball, Nica Rosenberg ’28 and Dima Tatulishvili ’27 were named to the third team.

Nine additional Ransom Everglades athletes received honorable mention status for their performances in soccer and basketball.
