Raider water polo shines at Gulliver Invitational

The Raiders boys and girls water polo teams had an outstanding weekend at the Gulliver Invitational. The girls secured three victories, highlighted by a thrilling, back-and-forth win over St. Thomas Aquinas that they edged by a single goal. The boys remained undefeated, earning dominant wins against Mater Lakes and last year’s state champions, Westminster Academy. Both teams are in strong form heading into the final stretch of the regular season next week. The action continues with Senior Night on Wednesday against Miami Country Day, followed by the Ransom Everglades Water Polo Invitational this weekend. The success at the tournament reflects the hard work, depth, and growing confidence on both rosters as they prepare for postseason play. With balanced scoring, strong defensive efforts, and consistent performances in goal, the Raiders are building momentum at the right time and look poised to finish the regular season on a high note.
