Thirteen nominees for the 68th Annual Silver Knight Awards

Ransom Everglades School announced 13 nominees for the 68th Annual Silver Knight Awards, a prestigious program honoring South Florida high school seniors for academic excellence and community service.
Austin Aagaard '26, Leyla Amjad '26, Dylan Berkowitz '26, Sofia Berkshire '26, Ella Crowley '26, Charlotte Gould '26, Gabriel Karsenti '26, Patrick Keedy Brown '26, Nelson Manstein '26, Raul Matos '26, Alicia Medina '26, Tino Peña '26 and Christopher Tsialas '26 will contend for the Silver Knight Awards announced on May 14 during a ceremony at the James L. Knight Center in Miami.
The students were nominated for their ability to apply specialized knowledge and talents to improve the world around them while excelling in the classroom.

The program culminates with an interview process in which nominees appear before a panel of independent judges. One Silver Knight and three Honorable Mentions will be chosen in each category; Silver Knight winners receive a $2,000 award and Honorable Mentions receive $500 and an engraved plaque. The awards are supported in part by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida.
