Raiders defeat St. Thomas Aquinas with fourth quarter comeback
Seniors Hayes Holly '21, and Lucas Gomez '21 made sure that their senior night would be memorable combining for 13 goals, four steals, and three assists to lead the Raiders to a thrilling 18-16 victory in their last tune up before district playoffs begin this Friday. Goaltender Coren O' Brien '23 had a season high eleven blocked shots and the defense forced turnovers late in the game to preserve the win. Sophomore Paolo Rebessi '23 contributed three goals, and junior Geronimo Carom '22 added another to round out the scoring for the Raiders. The team will get back in the pool today as they begin preparations for the district tournament at the Ansin Aquatic Center this Friday.
