Raider swimming wins opening meet

Junior Kiera Rampersad '25 and sophomore Sophia Linfield '26 led the way with victories in both of their individual and relay events as the Raiders defeated Miami Country Day, LaSalle, and True North to open the season at the Ansin Aquatic Center. Junior Riley Sepin '25 was also impressive with victory in the 100 yard backstroke. On the boys side, the Raiders were victorious in the 4 x 50 yard freestyle relay and were also perfect on the day with victories over the same schools. The Raiders will get back in the water today as they prepare for their second meet of the season next Wednesday at home. Meet time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
