Raiders cap off special regular season with homecoming victory
In front of a large crowd the Raiders celebrated homecoming and senior night with a three set victory over Palmetto High School to close out the regular season. Seniors Andrea Ortiz '24, and Juju Perez '24 combined for 10 kills, five aces and four blocks in the victory. Senior Kennedy Hagen '24 added a team high five blocks, and senior Carli Bogle '24 added a block of her own to go along with a kill. Senior Stephanie Wallen '24 led the Raiders with 26 assists. With the victory the Raiders closed out the regular season with their 21st win and put themselves in prime position to make a post season run. The #2 seeded Raiders will open post season play tomorrow in a home district quarterfinal against 7th seeded Archimedean at 7:00 p.m. Congratulations to all our seniors on a wonderful year.
