Raiders pick up road win to start season
Sophomore Johanna James '26 opened the season in spectacular fashion with a three goal performance to lead the Raiders to a 6-2 road victory over Miami Country Day to open the regular season. Senior Sofia Rua '24 added two goals, and sophomore Stella Colombo '26 added one to complete the scoring for the Raiders. The Raiders will look to improve to 2-0 this evening as they welcome Downtown Doral to Robert E. Walker Field for their home opener this evening at 6:30 p.m. The junior varsity Raiders will also open their season this afternoon as they host Palmer Trinity at 4:00 p.m.
