Boys soccer picks up crucial road victory

Senior Joaquin Merlo Garzon '24 came off the bench and delivered the Raiders two goals in a much needed 2-1 road victory over Key West High School.  Senior Tyler Mason '24 continued his strong start to the season assisting on both goals. The Raiders showed toughness in a game where they battled through injuries and fatigue to hold off a late push from the Conchs of Key West.  Senior goal keeper Martin Piedrahita '24 had his best performance of the season with key saves late to earn the victory. After a three game road trip to start the season, the Raiders will open their home slate Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. on Robert E. Walker Field.
