ALUMNI WEEKEND

Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13

Reunion classes of 1969, 1979, 1989, 1994 and 1999 will be celebrated.

Weekend activities include our signature spring reception and dinner, athletic and family activities, tours of the Ransom and Everglades campuses, the presentation of our distinguished Alumni Awards, the individual reunion receptions, and time with current and former faculty members.

  • Phil Lord '93 wins Golden Globe

    Phil Lord '93 won a Golden Globe Award for producing and co-writing Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Versewhich was named best animated feature on Jan. 6. The movie, which was released in December, topped Pixar's Incredibles 2; Disney's Ralph Breaks the Internet; Wes Anderson's Isle of Dogs; and GKIDS' Mirai. In Miami last April for his 25-year reunion, Lord visited several classes and regaled RE students with stories of his adventures in filmmaking.

  • SGA room dedicated to Francisco Triana '09

    Ludington Room Eleven was dedicated on Dec. 21 in memory of Francisco Triana '09. Francisco's family chose to honor his memory by making a special gift to name the room in which he led Student Government Association meetings as president, and in which the SGA continues to meet.

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida. Ransom Everglades School produces graduates who "believe that they are in the world not so much for what they can get out of it as for what they can put into it."
