Middle school holds annual toy drive at Christ Episcopal
Middle school students, girls' basketball team members and faculty helped set up and distribute toys and spread the joy of the season at Christ Episcopal Church on Dec. 10, continuing a tradition that dates back some 30 years. RE students and families donated the hundreds of toys, games, books, sports items and 20 new bicycles and helmets that were shared with members of the Coconut Grove community at the church. This year's toy drive was coordinated by RE faculty members Maria Eugenia Abrante, Ramona Miller, Flavia Araripe and Cathy Kellstrom. Photo Gallery

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida. Ransom Everglades School produces graduates who "believe that they are in the world not so much for what they can get out of it as for what they can put into it." The school provides rigorous college preparation that promotes the student's sense of identity, community, personal integrity and values for a productive and satisfying life, and prepares the student to lead and to contribute to society.
