Eighth-Grade Signature Program:

Service Leadership

The eighth-grade signature programming focuses on service and experiential learning opportunities that build passion and purpose in our students. All of our eighth graders work together with Great Heights Academy, a K-12 school for children with special needs in Miami, joining them for a day-long carnival and exhibition basketball game. The eighth grade also visits the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach as a class. Both of these experiences align with our core values and build a sense of empathy in our students. The eighth-grade program also includes multiple optional cultural immersion trips to New Orleans, Quebec and Puerto Rico that include mission-aligned service and outreach opportunities.
